This layout was inspired by one of my young Scrapper pals, Stacy. She challenged us to create a layout about our health. This layout is a manifesto of sorts, claiming the time to become more healthy is now!

Wildtree Wednesday: Lemon Rosemary Roasted Fennel

I love farm share days!!! This week was a real winning box: leeks, fennel, zephyr squash, zuchini, carrots, and lettuce. I love getting a box of fresh, organic produce each week and trying new things! 

Preheat the oven to 375. 

Drizzle with Wildtree Natural Grapeseed Oil

Sprinkle with Lemon Rosemary Blend 

Add a bit of lemon juice to your taste and toss. 

Roast for ten minutes, toss, and return to the oven for another 15 minutes. 

This was so great it didn't make it to the table! I ate it all straight from the pan!!!
