Tomorrow is my due date and baby has yet to show any interest in making their grand entrance.
I have been scrapping and crafting, just have been in limbo with things in boxes. (So glad to finally have a HOME to unpack into!!!)
So here is one of the scrappy projects I finished MONTHS ago, a mini album with the photos from my baby shower:
I love this Buttercup by Lily Bee, and it is also being used in the nursery decor:
I made pinwheels for a mobile, but as we do not have a crib, I don’t know where to hang the mobile!!! The crib is on the way, but we will use a co-sleeper and bassinet in the first bit anyway, which makes me feel less like a failure for not having finished the nursery. We only moved in a week before due date, cut me some slack. ;)
I made the elephant, and Ry painted the duck bank. I love that Ry contributed to the nursery decor! <3
Keeping you in my thoughts for a happy healthy delivery!
ReplyDeleteAdorable mini! That is such a pretty line.
And I have to say, I don't think we officially finished my son's nursery until he was three months old!
hey! thanks for taking the time to check out my blog. also, congrats and best wishes - you're going to be a mama!
ReplyDeletereally nice mini album with plenty of memories in it
ReplyDeleteI love the papers you used and the pinwheels are amazing !!
Such a cute mini and I love the pinwheels! Your baby is so lucky to have you as a mommy!
ReplyDeleteLove the idea of pinwheels for a mobile! Very pretty nursery colours. Our baby didn't have a crib for the first while, either, so we hung her mobile over where I lay her to change her and for her to lay down so I could play with her and talk to her. She really loved watching her mobile -- gave me a few minutes to grab a drink or visit the washroom!
